Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: Because our personalized items are made custom as ordered, the average production time is 2-3 business days, depending on the item. The production team strives to ship within that time frame, however some items may require longer production times.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive after shipping?
A: Once production is completed, orders are then prepared for shipping and should arrive within 3-5 business days. Some items are available for EXPRESS DELIVERY.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All products are printed on demand. Which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if wrong size, color, or change of mind. If any item is found to be defective, damaged or manufacturing error, it will be replaced or refunded. We must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or error in manufacturing and it must be unworn or unused. Any goods you purchase can only be returned in accordance with the Terms and Conditions on our Returns Policy.
We want to be sure that you like your order and we are committed to making things right in case of any defects. We will provide you a solution in case of any issues if you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
We will need clear and well-lit photos indicating any issues so that we can provide you with a solution.
Q: Can I change or cancel an order once it is placed?
A: Once an order is placed, it is sent to begin production after 1 hour. Once an item has been placed in line for production, it can not be cancelled. In some cases you may be able to cancel your order, that is if the order has not gone into production, please bear in mind that most times production starts within a short time after placing the order.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept all major credit cards including apple and google pay.
Q: My package never arrived and is lost? Will my order be resent or refunded?
A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders lost by shipping or mail carriers. We can provide assistance in locating packages. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information as it is verified on our end the provided address and we can not be liable for incorrect information provided.
Q: Where are my shipments coming from?
A: Unless specifically noted, all items will be shipped from U.S.
